Abandoned Blog?

I guess u can say this blog has been abandoned by all and sundry. I am so guilty also. I haven't exercised since i started med school. The last time i got any kind of exercise in was July. I did kind of start eating vegetables when i started school, cos most of my classmates are slim, skinny and look really good. At over 160lbs, i am one of the big ones. Sad!

Anyway, when school started in August i had managed to get myself up to 166lbs. Gasps! Somehow even without exercising, i am now 158lbs. Maybe it's school stress. I just hope my weight never goes up again. Downward ever until we get to 138lbs. That's my goal. I plan to exercise everyday for the two weeks i'm home in dec and hopefully continue at the school gym when i get back.

How's the weight loss coming along?

I was too demaoralised by my last weigh in that i totally lost the urge to "weight watch"

I have added 3.6kg which brings me to a total of 86.6 kg....

I need to work harder oh!!!!

really need tips or exercise ideas i can do n like 15 mins every morning!!!!

I'm stil 93kg o. Maybe I rejoiced too quickly.

Meanwhile, what's going on? No one is losing weight anymore? I miss you guys o. We started with such an umph in the first round, and everything is so funky now.

Break in transmission

I didn't put in a weight for week two cos i had just moved and was still trying to settle down. The low response is not inspiring also. I am tempted to shelve the whole thing, which is why i haven't been on here in a while.

It's ironic how Isha who was on the verge of quitting is the only one who weighed in for week 2. Thank you much lady, i appreciate that.

How can we make this work and get people interested again? Is there something else we should be doing? If you are a part of this blog, i would appreciate a response one way or another. I don't want to assume that you are no longer interested and then wrongly remove you from the blog when you still are.

So for all the participants we haven't heard from in months, what's up?

Moving to a different state has completely wrecked my work out routine. I was down to 160lbs 2 weeks ago, but i think i've gained weight since i've been here. In atl, we had a treadmill at home, i knew the area enough to take long walks, plus there was a nearby college that i could go use their tracks. I'm still trying to find my way around here. I've seen dude power walking on the road, so i might start doing that. I've never joined a gym before but if my finances permit i might consider doing that also.

I am not at home and I do not have a scale where I am. Hoping to find one, I have delayed posting my weigh-in. Albeit, I have not worked out in 4days. *sigh*! I will post asap tho
